This practical session will cover how to tape some of the most common sport injuries—helping you better support your athletes during practices, games, and tournaments. Whether you’re looking to gain confidence in basic taping skills or simply improve your ability to manage minor injuries on the spot, this workshop will equip you with useful, coach-friendly tools that you can apply immediately.
