The entirety of this check list should be sent to dholland@engagesportnorth.com The Canadian Sport School offers student athletes, Indigenous athletes and para-athletes on a high performance pathway in grades 10-12 an opportunity to balance their academic course load and dry-land strength and conditioning training in a structured, yet flexible environment. APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 31, 2024 Submissions can be complete by adding this to your cart. Application Check List: CSS-Smithers Applicant’s Student Evaluation Form. (To be completed by Teacher or Administrator from student’s home high school that knows student well - form is to be sent by the Teacher/Administrator) Save file and open in Chrome for fillable pdf. Click Here-> Teacher Evaluation Form - Smithers A COPY of your most recent report card Letter of Reference from your main sport coach Sport Resume – including a summary of your sport history, results achieved and current status (point form or paragraph form is OK). A paragraph stating (a) why you want to attend Canadian Sport School – Smithers and (b) what makes you a good candidate for the school (only about 150 words).
